At The Oceanic Hotel, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.

Information Collection

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations At The Oceanic Hotel. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation.

We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to.


At The Oceanic Hotel, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safeguard it online and offline.

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Policy Modifications

The Oceanic Hotel may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.

Cancellation Policy

All rates apply to advance reservations only. Rates DO NOT apply to holidays, weekends, or conventions. Tax is not included. All rates subject to change without notice.

Deposits & Cancellations: A one (1) night rental deposit is required to confirm reservations. Deposit must be made at time of making your reservation. Deposits are applied to the first day of reservation. In the event of a cancellation, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled within 24 hours to the date of arrival the full amount of the stay will be charged. There are no refunds for early Check-Outs or No-Shows. Refunds may not be applied to the next season. No refunds for inclement weather. Misrepresentation voids reservation. Deposits are non-transferable. Balance due in full upon arrival. No personal checks accepted at Check-In. Parking: One (1) parking space per unit, regardless of size or type of accommodation.

Guests under the age of 25 are not permitted to stay at Oceanic Hotel unless a parent or official guardian is also staying at the property.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.


Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Travel Insurance

There are many reasons a traveler might need to cancel a reservation at the last minute, including illness, family emergencies, flight changes, and extreme weather.  As you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation once your cancellation date has passed, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover the financial risk associated with a late cancellation.
